You've been admitted to Wichita State - let's celebrate! Wichita State staff and students are coming to the Kansas City area for an Admitted Student Reception. Admitted high school seniors and college transfer students will have the opportunity to connect with other KC-area future Shockers and get an overview of next steps to joining Shocker Nation.

A tentative agenda for the event includes:

6:30 Check-in opens
6:30-7:00 Optional Mix & Mingle for New Shockers
7:00-7:15 Welcome & Admissions Presentation
7:15-7:45 Housing, Financial Aid, & One Stop Advising
7:45-8:05 Student Panel with members of Student Ambassador Society
8:05-8:15 Scholarship Drawing & Closing

This event is free of charge. Light refreshments will be provided.
