You've been admitted to Wichita State - let's celebrate! Wichita State staff and students
are hosting a virtual Admitted Student Reception. Admitted high school seniors and college transfer students will have the opportunity to connect with other future Shockers and get an overview of next steps to joining Shocker Nation. Students in attendance will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a $1,000 scholarship for the 2025-2026 academic year.

A tentative agenda for the event includes:

7:00-7:20 - Welcome
7:20-7:50 - Hear from Housing, Financial Aid, and OneStop
7:50-8:05 - Student Panel with Student Ambassador Society
8:05-8:15 - Closing & Scholarship Drawing
