You've been admitted to Wichita State - let's celebrate! Wichita State staff and students are coming to the Dallas/Fort Worth area for an Admitted Student Reception. Admitted high school seniors and college transfer students will have the opportunity to connect with other DFW-area future Shockers and get an overview of next steps to joining Shocker Nation.

A tentative agenda for the event includes:

5:00 Check-in opens
5:00-5:30 Optional Mix & Mingle for New Shockers
5:30-5:45 Welcome & Admissions Presentation
5:45-6:15 Housing, Financial Aid, & One Stop Advising
6:15-6:35 Student Panel with members of Student Ambassador Society
6:35-6:45 Scholarship Drawing & Closing

This event is free of charge. Light refreshments will be provided.
