The Barton School of Business at Wichita State invites high school seniors to participate in the Allen, Gibbs, and Houlik (AGH) Scholarship Competition. Participating students are eligible to be awarded the $50,000 Clay Barton Business Scholarship to study business at Wichita State. Students majoring in entrepreneurship will have the opportunity to compete for an additional scholarship, the Professor Fran Jabara Endowed Scholarship which awards two $32,700 scholarships to incoming students majoring in entrepreneurship.

Competition Information Date: Friday, Nov. 22, 2024 Location: Woolsey Hall, Wichita State Main Campus All students who apply for the AGH Scholarship Competition can participate. Students must be physically present on-campus for the competition on Nov. 22 to be considered for the scholarships. There will be no virtual option.
Sessions (choose one): AM Session (8 to 11 a.m.) or PM Session (1 to 4 p.m.) Each session will consist of a group activity and an individual activity. For entrepreneurship majors: Interviews for the Jabara Scholarship will take place between 11:30 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. on Nov. 22. Students should be prepared to stay late (if participating in the morning session of AGH) or to arrive early (if participating in the afternoon session of AGH).
